We take personal pride in everything we make at Autocrat Joinery. Nothing leaves our factory without being checked and rechecked by two people in our team.

We are also JMFNZ affiliates conforming to New Zealand window joinery and door manufacturing standards (NZS:4211)

The following products and product ranges come with our five year warranty:

All solid timber doors
All exterior joinery

Our quality promise to you is that all these products are warranted to be of good workmanship, using materials that are free from defects which would otherwise render them unserviceable within five years of purchase.

We have done our own in-house quality assurance checking of these products before they leave our factory, and we encourage you to do the same before installation.

Sustainability

The sustainability of our business and timber products starts with the place of origin of our raw timber resources. For this reason, we ensure that all timber we source carries an appropriate certification or guarantee to meet our sustainability requirements.

The Forest Stewardship Council offers a completely voluntary certification programme which allows suppliers to use the FSC label confirming that their timber is responsibly managed, harvested and re-planted. Wherever possible, we choose timber carrying FSC certification.
